Apex amicably settled with HP the patent litigation filed on October 15, 2014 with the Northern District of California (Case No. 4:14-CV-04473-RS). The case relates to US Patents 6,264,301; 6,089,687; and 6,454,381 and partly relates to Apex’s sales of certain inkjet memory chips for use with certain HP inkjet cartridges. After the settlement, Apex will continue to deliver competitive technology, comprehensive products and services offerings.
