    Error:
    The printer screen displays "Re-insert cartridge"

    Reason:
    ①The replacement chip is bad contact or isn't installe
    ②The chip models don't match or its applicable regions aren't correct.

    Solution:
    ①Check whether the chip models and its applicable regions are used correctly. You can also confirm them by seeing the laser code printed on the replacement chips.
    ②Check whether the chip surface is blocked by foreign objects. The deformed and damaged printer probe will result in poor contact for replacement chips, which will be verified by doing a scratch test.
    ③During the life-time test, the bad contact between printer probe and replacement chip will result in the printer M403 reporting error "Re-insert cartridge".  The error code can be eliminated by switching the printer or opening and closing the printer cover, which won't affect the normal use of the replacement chips. (The printer probe is easily deformed and resulted in bad contact, as shown in the red square below.)
