On October 17, 2024, Geehy/Apexmic participated in the prestigious RemaxWorld Expo 2024, a leading event in the global office equipment and consumables industry. At booth 1216, Geehy/Apexmic unveiled its latest innovations in laser and inkjet technologies, featuring new replacement chips, the next-generation Unismart Mini 2 upgrade device, and the groundbreaking "1+N" chip and system solutions. These offerings attracted significant attention and engagement.

Innovative Chip Technology: Expanding Possibilities

Geehy/Apexmic introduced new laser chip solutions, including replacement chips for the Kyocera TK-1260/1271 series, patented chips for the Epson 503XL/604XL series, and recycling solutions for HP's 90X/91X/95X/96X/97X series. These state-of-the-art products address key industry challenges, offering efficient reuse of empty cartridges and safeguarding against firmware upgrades and patent risks. Geehy/Apexmic empowers customers with end-to-end solutions to capitalize on new market opportunities.

Geehy/Apexmic's "1+N" system solutions provide comprehensive support for consumables production. In addition to chip products, the company showcased advanced testing devices, including ink cartridge testers for print-head types and testers with printing functionality for HP and Canon models. Powered by Unismart system, these devices ensure wide compatibility and efficient remote upgrades, enhancing customer service and ensuring seamless performance.

Unismart Mini 2: Simplifying Firmware Upgrades

Making its debut at the expo, Unismart Mini 2 upgrade device is designed to streamline firmware upgrades for both e-commerce users and end consumers. With its compact design, intuitive operation, and rapid performance, the Unismart Mini 2 provides a user-friendly solution to firmware challenges through its dedicated app.

MEMS Inkjet Technology: Opportunities for Growth

At the Global Industry Summit held alongside the expo, Geehy/Apexmic's Vice President Ding Li highlighted the expanding role of MEMS inkjet technology in manufacturing. He emphasized the growing demand for MEMS print heads, particularly in industrial applications, with a projected annual growth rate of 6% over the next five years, according to data from Yole Intelligence. This growth signals new opportunities for China's domestic inkjet printing industry.

Despite these opportunities, challenges persist. Global supply chains for MEMS technology are dominated by overseas manufacturers, posing challenges for China's inkjet printing industry in patents, chip technology, and firmware upgrades. However, rapid advancements in domestic integrated circuits, coupled with government support in recent years, have driven improvements in MEMS processes and technologies. These developments lay a strong foundation for the future of MEMS printing technology in China.

Geehy/Apexmic has cultivated significant expertise in patent analysis, integrating AI technology to enhance its proprietary patent analysis platform. With over 20 years of experience in integrated circuits and embedded systems, Geehy/Apexmic is poised to introduce its own MEMS print-head chip solutions, offering customers patent-secure, reliable, and upgrade-resistant products.

Recognition for Innovation: Technology Innovation Award

At the 2024 Global Printing Consumables Industry Awards, Geehy/Apexmic was honored with the Technology Innovation Award for its Unismart Mini series. Mr. Dai Shuchun, Vice President of Geehy/Apexmic's Printing Consumables Chip Business Unit, accepted the award. This recognition highlights Geehy/Apexmic's leadership in consumable chip innovation and its dedication to providing comprehensive product and service solutions through its "1+N" service strategy. Looking ahead, Geehy/Apexmic remains committed to driving innovation, tackling industry challenges, and collaborating with partners to shape the future of the printing consumables market.
