Tips to Print a Status Page on Kyocera I-IV/VI Series Printers

Hi, everyone!

Following content on the previous issue. Now we're going to share with you how to print a status page on Kyocera I-IV/VI series printers.

The Kyocera V/VII printers are divided into those with a display screen and those without a display screen, see the detailed steps below.

I: Printer without a Display Screen

1. Turn on the printer.

2. Install the indicated cartridges into the printer and make sure they are functioning properly.

3. Install the indicated cartridges into the printer until the processing indicator flashes yellow.

4. Press the “GO” key for about 2s and release to print out the Status Page.

II: Printer with a Display (Small Screen)

1. Turn on the printer.

2. Install chips that match the printer's model and region.

3. Install the indicated cartridges into the printer and make sure they are functioning properly.

4. Click the "Menu" button→Navigate to "Report Print"→Navigate“▶"→“▲▼” to select “Status Page" and press “OK"→Press"OK" while "Print Status Page?" appears.

III: Printer with a Display (Big Screen and Counter)

1. Turn on the printer.

2. Enter the corresponding user name and password.

3. Install chips that match the printer's model and region.

4. Install the indicated cartridges into the printer and make sure they are functioning properly.

5. Press the "System Menu/Counter" button to select "Report"→Navigate to select "Print Report: Next" and "Status Page: Print" orderly→Select "Yes" while "This will be printed. Are you sure" appears.
