Tips to Print a Supplies Status Page on HP CF217/400 Series Printers

Hi, happy to see you again! Robot A is back with a new "Step by Step" issue.

Now let's take a look at how to print a supplies status page on HP CF217/400 series printers.

These involved printers are divided into those without displays and those with displays, please see the detailed operation below.

I: Printer without a Display Screen

1. Turn the printer on and install the indicated cartridges into the printer until the Attention light is off.

Note: Before printing, make sure the printer is functioning correctly.

2. Press and hold the "Resume/Cancel" button for about 5s and release it when the Ready light blinks.

II: Printer with a Display (Control panel display)

1. Turn the printer on and install the indicated cartridges into the printer.

2. Press "OK" button→ Choose "Reports" →Navigate "▶" to select "Supplies Status" and print it out.

III: Printer with a Display (Color touchscreen display)

1.Turn the printer on and install the indicated cartridges into the printer.

2. Press "Setup" → Choose "Reports" →Select "Supplies Status" to print it out.
